Teach For Armenia—now part of Armenia Education Initiative (AEI)—is Armenia's flagship Two-Year National Service Program in Education. As the 36th partner of the global Teach For All network, we stand alongside nations that treat education not as a sector, but as a strategic pillar of national survival and renewal.
This program is for those who believe that serving Armenia means serving where the country needs you most. After more than a decade of impact, we are no longer asking whether change is possible. We are bringing together the people who will make it inevitable.
Why National Service in Education
Nations are built by people who show up where and when it's hardest.
Armenia faces deep educational inequality—between rural and urban communities, between opportunity and neglect. These gaps are not accidental. And they will not close without deliberate service.
The Teach For Armenia National Service Program exists because education is not a side issue—it is national infrastructure. Who teaches our children determines who leads our country.
